1. Scope
This Policy applies to every product, service, listing, image, description, variation and transaction offered through Sporfia.
Sellers may not list an item merely because a similar item appears elsewhere on the internet or on another marketplace.
Sellers must review this Policy before creating a listing and must confirm that their products comply with applicable federal, state, local and international laws.
The examples in this Policy are not exhaustive. Sporfia may remove a product that creates legal, safety, fraud, payment-processing or marketplace integrity concerns even when the product is not specifically named below.
2. Illegal, stolen and unlawfully obtained goods
Sellers may not list, sell, distribute or facilitate the sale of any product that is illegal in the location where it is offered, shipped, received or used.
Prohibited products include:
- Stolen property or products obtained through fraud.
- Products bearing removed, altered or falsified serial numbers.
- Goods subject to an active recall when resale is prohibited or unsafe.
- Products imported, exported or distributed in violation of customs, sanctions or trade laws.
- Products whose possession or sale requires a license the seller does not possess.
- Property belonging to another person offered without authorization.
- Items acquired through account takeover, payment fraud, cargo theft or retail theft.
- Government property that may not lawfully be resold.
3. Counterfeit and intellectual-property-infringing goods
Sporfia does not permit counterfeit, replica, pirated or unauthorized branded products.
Prohibited listings include:
- Fake designer clothing, handbags, footwear, jewelry, watches or accessories.
- Replica or imitation products presented as genuine.
- Unauthorized reproductions of logos, artwork, prints, patterns, characters or photographs.
- Products that misuse another company’s trademark, trade dress, brand name or packaging.
- Unauthorized fan merchandise.
- Pirated digital products, software, music, movies or publications.
- Products manufactured from stolen or unauthorized designs.
- Listings that intentionally misspell a brand name to avoid detection.
- Products advertised as “inspired by” another brand when the listing is likely to confuse buyers about origin or authenticity.
Sellers must not describe an item as authentic, genuine, licensed or officially affiliated unless they can support that claim with reliable evidence.
4. Weapons, explosives and dangerous materials
The following products may not be sold on Sporfia:
- Firearms, firearm receivers, frames or regulated firearm parts.
- Ammunition, explosive ammunition or reloading components.
- Silencers, suppressors or devices intended to alter firearm operation.
- Bombs, grenades, mines or explosive devices.
- Fireworks, blasting materials or explosive precursors.
- Switchblades, automatic knives, disguised weapons or other unlawfully restricted weapons.
- Tasers, stun weapons, brass knuckles or restricted self-defense weapons.
- Chemical weapons, biological agents or radioactive materials.
- Toxic chemicals, poisons or substances intended to injure people or animals.
- Products designed to evade security screening or law-enforcement detection.
5. Drugs, controlled substances and related products
Sporfia prohibits products involving illegal drugs, controlled substances or unlawful intoxication.
Prohibited products include:
- Illegal narcotics or controlled substances.
- Marijuana, THC products or recreational drugs.
- Drug paraphernalia intended primarily for illegal drug use.
- Prescription medication offered without lawful authorization.
- Misbranded, counterfeit or diverted medications.
- Products marketed as legal substitutes for illegal drugs.
- Substances promoted for unsafe intoxication, poisoning or self-harm.
- Instructions, kits or materials intended to produce controlled substances.
6. Medical, health and regulated wellness products
Sellers may not offer regulated medical products unless Sporfia expressly permits the category and the seller can demonstrate full legal compliance.
Prohibited products include:
- Prescription-only medication.
- Unapproved medical devices.
- Counterfeit medical equipment.
- Products falsely claiming to diagnose, cure, treat or prevent disease.
- Human organs, blood, tissue or bodily materials.
- Used hypodermic needles or contaminated medical equipment.
- Products subject to a safety recall.
- Supplements containing illegal, undisclosed or dangerous ingredients.
- Products marketed for rapid weight loss through unsafe or deceptive claims.
Sellers may not make medical claims that are false, misleading or unsupported.
7. Adult, exploitative and abusive content
The following content and products are prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
- Products promoting sexual exploitation, trafficking or nonconsensual activity.
- Pornographic media or explicit sexual services.
- Content depicting real violence, torture or abuse for commercial exploitation.
- Products promoting hatred, terrorism or violent extremist organizations.
- Stolen, hidden-camera or nonconsensual intimate content.
- Products that sexualize children or are marketed in a sexually exploitative manner.
8. Animals, wildlife and protected materials
The following may not be sold:
- Live animals.
- Endangered or protected species.
- Ivory or products containing unlawfully traded ivory.
- Products made from protected animal skins, feathers, bones, shells or other parts.
- Products involving animal cruelty or illegal trapping.
- Dogfighting, cockfighting or animal-abuse equipment.
- Products whose sale violates wildlife, environmental or import laws.
9. Financial, payment and identity fraud
Sporfia prohibits products or services intended to facilitate fraud, theft or financial crime.
Prohibited listings include:
- Counterfeit currency or forged financial instruments.
- Stolen credit cards, bank accounts or payment credentials.
- Fake checks, money orders or gift cards.
- Credit-card skimmers or payment-card cloning tools.
- False identification documents.
- Stolen identities, personal records or account credentials.
- Government benefits offered for unauthorized resale.
- Services that create fraudulent documents or records.
- Money-laundering, cash-conversion or payment evasion services.
10. Digital products and technical abuse
Sellers may not offer digital products or services that compromise security, privacy or intellectual property.
Prohibited products include:
- Malware, ransomware, viruses or spyware.
- Stolen software licenses or activation keys.
- Hacking tools intended for unauthorized access.
- Phishing kits or credential-stealing software.
- Services for account takeover, denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized surveillance.
- Pirated software, media, courses or publications.
- Stolen databases, private information or login credentials.
- Bots intended to manipulate reviews, traffic, sales, availability or marketplace rankings.
- Devices designed to bypass digital-rights management or access controls unlawfully.
11. Fashion-specific restrictions
Because Sporfia is focused on fashion, apparel, accessories and related products, sellers must pay particular attention to authenticity, safety and accurate condition disclosures.
Sellers may not list:
- Fake luxury handbags, shoes, watches or accessories.
- Replica sneakers or clothing bearing unauthorized brand marks.
- Altered branded products presented as original or manufacturer-approved.
- Products whose labels, size tags, serial numbers or authentication markings have been falsified.
- Clothing or accessories made from materials that violate wildlife or environmental laws.
- Used cosmetics, contaminated beauty products or products with broken safety seals.
- Used undergarments offered in a manner that creates hygiene, exploitation or adult-content concerns.
- Children’s products that fail applicable safety requirements.
- Products using images copied from another seller without permission.
- Print-on-demand products containing unauthorized logos, artwork, characters, photographs or trademarks.
Used or vintage products, when permitted, must be clearly identified as used and accurately describe stains, damage, repairs, alterations, missing parts and other material defects.
12. Listings that abuse the marketplace
A listing may not be used to avoid Sporfia’s checkout, policies, fees, search systems or marketplace controls.
Prohibited listings include:
- Listings created only to advertise another website, social account or outside store.
- Listings instructing buyers to pay outside Sporfia.
- Products priced artificially low with instructions to pay the remaining amount elsewhere.
- Listings containing external payment links.
- Fake products created only to collect buyer contact information.
- Duplicate listings intended to manipulate search results.
- Listings using unrelated brand names, tags or keywords to attract traffic.
- Products that are not actually available for sale.
- Listings designed to disguise a prohibited product.
- Products requiring a buyer to communicate or pay through another platform.
Sellers may not request payment through wire transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards, cash, checks, peer-to-peer payment applications or unauthorized payment links.
13. Restricted products
Some products may not be completely prohibited but may require prior approval, specific disclosures, age restrictions, certifications, shipping limitations or other safeguards.
Restricted categories may include:
- Cosmetics and skincare products.
- Children’s clothing and accessories.
- Vintage or collectible branded goods.
- Products containing batteries.
- Fragrances, aerosols or other carrier-restricted products.
- Products containing regulated materials.
- Items subject to age restrictions.
- Products requiring safety warnings or certifications.
Sporfia may require documentation before allowing a restricted product to be listed, including invoices, licenses, test reports, certificates, authorization letters or proof of authenticity.
Sporfia may decline to support a restricted category even when the product could legally be sold elsewhere.
14. Review, removal and enforcement
Sporfia may review listings before or after publication and may request information needed to evaluate a product.
Sporfia may:
- Reject or remove a listing.
- Restrict product visibility.
- Require listing corrections or additional disclosures.
- Require proof of purchase, authenticity, licensing or legal compliance.
- Cancel or place an order under review.
- Restrict a seller’s ability to add products.
- Suspend or terminate a seller store.
- Report suspected illegal activity to payment providers, rights holders, carriers, law enforcement or governmental authorities.
- Preserve transaction and account records when required by law.
Sporfia may remove products that generate excessive complaints, chargebacks, safety reports, authenticity concerns or unusually high return rates.
Repeated violations may result in permanent loss of selling privileges.
15. Reporting prohibited products
Buyers, rights holders and other users may report a listing they believe violates this Policy.
A report should include:
- The product URL.
- The seller or store name.
- A description of the suspected violation.
- Supporting photographs or screenshots.
- Relevant trademark, copyright or legal information.
- Any order number associated with the report.
Reports should be made honestly and in good faith. False or abusive reports may result in account action.
16. Changes to this Policy
Sporfia may update this Policy as laws, marketplace risks, payment-provider requirements, product categories and business operations change.
The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the current version.
Sellers are responsible for reviewing updates and ensuring that existing and future listings continue to comply.
